Individual Therapy

Group Therapy
Quality Care
Sometimes we learn more when we know others are or have been where we are. The group approach to therapy works with the power of numbers to allow us to learn from each other under the guidance of a trained therapist. Typically, groups meet for an hour or two each week. Some people attend individual therapy in addition to groups, while others participate in groups only.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy/Learning
The use of horses in the therapeutic process.
Equine assisted psychotherapy and Equine assisted learning is a unique experiential therapeutic approach. Using the wisdom of horse and human in the self discovery and change process. It can help people reach a deeper understanding and practice new ways of being in a safe, less direct approach. Please reach out to learn more.

Clinical Supervision
Giving Back to the next generation of LCSW 's
Marlena has been certified to provide supervision since May of 2021. She is an LCSW since December of 2017 and has worked in a variety of settings accumulating a wealth of experience. This includes work with community mental health agencies, residential care, and employment support agencies. Populations worked with included: trauma, addiction recovery, SPMI, Depression, anxiety, and co-dependency.
